Andrea Loew
Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Andrea H. Loew is executive vice president and general counsel of Interactive Data Corporation. Since joining the Company in 1996, Loew has been responsible for overseeing legal services for the company's global organization, currently consisting of four core businesses and 2,400 employees worldwide. In this senior management position, she provides business and legal guidance in all business areas, including acquisitions, alliances, dispositions, SEC compliance and reporting, corporate governance, licensing, antitrust, human resources and intellectual property.
Previously, Ms. Loew was an equity partner with Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott in Boston, Massachusetts, serving as general corporate counsel for a diverse client base. Prior to that, she served as an associate at the Boston based firm of Choate, Hall & Stewart.
